Today the Students Live Reporter Team was given a detailed tour of the Robson Media Center. This underground pavilion had television studios, work stations, lounges and easily accessible wireless internet for both accredited and unaccredited media. Two stories below, they have a media control room, a lounge and a huge theatre for press conferences. Starting tomorrow, this facility will be open to reporters and bloggers twenty four hours a day. During the winter Olympic Games we will have access to this prestigious facility, which allows us to work closely with widely known media groups such as CBC,CTV and ABC news to list a few.
